GEM17 ARCANA – TPDE Annual Production 2026 ARCANA traces the inner journey of someone consumed by an image of their ideal future self — distant, composed, seemingly complete. Believing this version can be reached through effort and imitation, they commit to the chase. But with every step forward, the image shifts. It multiplies, fragments, and slips further out of reach. What begins as clarity turns into fixation, and the pursuit quietly erodes the present. In time, the character realises the “future self” was never waiting ahead — it was an imagined construct shaped by desire, fear, and expectation. The chase becomes the very thing that keeps it distant. ARCANA does not end with arrival, but with stillness: a release.
